Adecco is looking for Production Operatives for part-time or weekend shifts to join our FMCG client based on the Slough Trading Estate.
Shift Pattern/Rota
We operate 12-hour shifts, 7 days per week (Sunday to Saturday) on a rolling rota:
- 7am – 7pm
- 7pm – 7am

As an Adecco associate, you will be
- Taking ownership and responsibility for machines, equipment, and processes within your area
- Performing routine operational tasks such as start-up, shut-down, monitoring, cleaning, changeovers, minor repairs, checks, and inspections
- Ensuring compliance with Quality, Health & Safety, and GMP standards
- Working effectively alone and as part of a team of up to 15 associates
- Being accountable for the performance of multiple machines or processes
- Escalating issues appropriately and providing accurate handovers
- Repairing minor mechanical breakdowns using trained knowledge
- Working in a fast-paced environment, spending time on your feet throughout shifts
Experience required
- Fluent English verbal and written skills
- Experience in FMCG or factory operations is desirable
- Experience with Power Pallet Trucks and/or machine operation is desirable
