The Role
You will support production by managing materials and stock to ensure there are no disruptions to workflow. Your duties will include:
- Issuing materials to production lines accurately and on time
- Monitoring stock levels and proactively replenishing materials
- Managing the 'supermarket' stock system
- Carrying out stock checks and stock takes
- Cutting and preparing materials (hot zone and cold ends)
- Maintaining accurate stock records and documentation
- Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies
- Keeping storage areas organised and efficient
- Liaising with production teams to meet demand
- Supporting improvements in stock control processes
What We're Looking For
- Experience in materials handling, stores or production support
- Strong IT skills (essential)
