Job Title: Production Operator
Department: Production / Logistics / Manufacturing
Reports to: Manufacturing Leader
Hours: 39 hours per week β Core shift: Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-1pm. Flexibility for morning/evening shifts and occasional overtime may be required.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out general operator duties, including manual assembly of seat parts, stores tasks, leather work, machine operation, and preparation/painting of finished parts.

Follow production build plans and supervisor instructions.

Adhere to company quality procedures and perform required checks to ensure a high-quality product.

Maintain a safe and organised working environment.
