Our client, a leading manufacturer and supplier of flavourings, extracts, and essences, is seeking 3 Production Operatives to join their dynamic team.
Global Manufacturer & Supplier
Our client, a global leader in the food, beverage & tobacco industry, is renowned for their impactful taste solutions that delight consumers worldwide. With a strong commitment to innovation and quality, they have established themselves as the go-to choice for flavourings and extracts.
What you\βll do:
Assemble raw materials for prepping, mixing, measuring, and packing of finished products.
Manage automated methods and temperatures to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.
Communicate and coordinate with the production team to meet production schedules.
Participate in regular shift-related meetings to provide critical information.
What you\βll need:
Basic Maths and English skills.
Desire to learn and undergo on-the-job training.
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
Good communication skills and a flexible attitude.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Physical fitness to lift and move weights up to 25kgs.
A valid right to work in the UK.

Full-time position with a rotating shift pattern : Working hours are 38.75 hrs per week on a 2 week rotating shift pattern (Week 1 β 5.45am β 2pm and Week 2 β 1.45pm β 10pm)
Temporary to permanent contract.
