Sub Assembly: Using hand tools like spanners and battery-operated drills
Duties to include assembly and packing
Being an essential part of the team and contributing to various production tasks
Ensuring right-first-time production, meeting customer due dates, and maintaining stringent quality requirements
Working closely with the team while also demonstrating initiative
Working to specifications, reading work sheets and engineering drawings, and being computer literate
Operating machinery safely and productively
Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness according to health and safety requirements
Using computer systems effectivelyEssential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Previous manufacturing experience is desirable
Flexible approach to work
Ability to work under pressure, with confidence and approachability
Strong focus on maintaining a healthy and safe working environment
