What You Will Be Doing
- Operate a variety of equipment on the shop floor
- Follow detailed work orders to produce components to specification
- Work both independently and collaboratively to meet production targets

Working Hours
Monday & Tuesday: 07:30 - 16:15
Wednesday & Thursday: 07:30 - 16:30
Friday: 07:30 - 12:30
Overtime available depending on workload, including early mornings and occasional Saturdays
Compensation & Benefits
Starting hourly rate: £12.21, with potential for increases as your skills develop
24 days holiday (rising after one year)

- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role
- FLT (Counterbalance) licence
- Strong timekeeping and attendance record
