The Role: We are looking for a hands-on, multi-skilled individual to join the team to support operations across production, delivery and site maintenance.

Key responsibilities within your new role would be to:
- Assemble and manufacture products to company standards and specifications.
- Operate machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Carry out quality checks and report any defects or inconsistencies.
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation and site, including emptying bins, sweeping the yard etc.
- Assist in stock handling and preparation of materials.
- Deliver finished goods to customers using company vehicles.
- Load and unload goods with care.
- Carry out routine vehicle checks and report any issues.
- Perform basic maintenance duties i.e. fixing doors, windows, changing light bulbs, change locks etc.
- Report maintenance issues that require specialist attention or an external contractor.
- Ensure tools and equipment are kept in good working condition.
- Support health and safety compliance across the workshop and premises.
Experience and skills required for this position:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- A valid UK driving licence is a MUST for this role due to location and delivery duties.
- Must be over 25 due to business insurance on company vehicle.
- Good practical skills with basic maintenance knowledge.
- Have a strong work ethic.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Commitment to quality.
- Be friendly, professional and polite.
