Production Operative

Our client, a leading manufacturing company based in Rawtenstall, is seeking two enthusiastic and motivated Production Operatives to join their team.

What will you be doing?

You will be trained to operate a machine that rolls fabric onto rolls, cuts it to size, checks the weight, and prepares despatch notes for the warehouse.
As you gain experience, you will have the opportunity to be trained on other machines, expanding your skills and knowledge.
This is a full-time position, with a 12-hour shift pattern from 6am-6pm.
You will need to be on your feet throughout the day, so physical fitness is essential.What are we looking for?

Previous experience in a production warehouse or machine operator role is desirable, but full training will be provided.
Basic calculations will be required, so good numeracy skills are essential.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team.What\’s in it for you?
