Key Responsibilities:
As a Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Production Oversight: Manage daily manufacturing operations, optimising productivity and ensuring adherence to schedules.
- Planning & Scheduling: Develop production plans that align with customer demand and resource availability.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate your team to achieve outstanding performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control processes to ensure all products meet rigorous standards and regulatory requirements.
- Resource Management: Efficiently allocate labour, materials, and equipment to maximise output and minimise waste.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce costs while increasing product quality.
- Health & Safety: Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production output, downtime, and quality metrics.
