Alternating Shift Pattern:
- Week 1 – Morning Shift: Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 2:00pm; Friday: 6:00am – 11:00am
- Week 2 – Afternoon Shift: Monday to Thursday: 2:00pm – 10:00pm; Friday: 11:00am – 4:00pm
