The Position:
We are searching for a dynamic and enthusiastic Associate Product Manager to join our marketing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will report to the Portfolio Lead for Near Patient Care and play a crucial role in executing the marketing strategies. Your efforts will help ensure that people across the UK can access state-of-the-art technology for better condition management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers to support product marketing initiatives.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and tactical action plans aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate and deliver impactful marketing campaigns and trade show/conference activities, while evaluating results and providing insights for future promotions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, focusing on commercial and marketing teams.
- Fulfill assigned product management responsibilities, becoming a subject matter expert for your product portfolio.
Who You Are:
- Degree-educated in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences is desirable but not mandatory.
- Dynamic, passionate, and hardworking with a self-reliant and flexible attitude towards challenges.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage a wide range of marketing and product management duties independently.
- Excellent communication skills that enable effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
- An appreciation of the diabetes care market is a plus, though not required.
- Strong problem-solving abilities paired with outstanding interpersonal skills.
