Foster collaboration across various departments, including social marketing, creative, product, and legal, facilitating smooth communication. Keep a close eye on budget tracking across multiple vendor and production work streams, flagging potential overages proactively. Identify efficiencies to streamline processes and avoid production bottlenecks. The ideal candidate embodies passion and creativity! They should have a strong background in producing social content that’s optimised for Instagram and Facebook. Here are some key qualifications: Solid years of experience as a Producer managing multiple projects. A love for creating content and a hands-on approach with assets. In-depth knowledge and experience with Instagram products and publishing creative content across various formats including Reels, Stories, and Feed. Proven experience in collaborating with external creators/influencers and production partners. Ability to build relationships across core and cross-functional teams. Demonstrated experience producing content for an international audience. A flair for quick-turn and rapid response communications. Strong passion for social media, humour, and emerging cultural trends. Proficient in project management systems to keep track of projects and progress.
