Our client, a reputable long established Will Writing firm based in West London, is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join their team as a Probate Consultant. If you are passionate about providing exceptional client service and have a strong understanding of probate processes, then this could be the perfect role for you!

Competitive salary ranging from £32,000 to £40,000 per annum, based on experience.

Permanent, full-time position with opportunities for career growth.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.15pm, with an option for hybrid working once fully trained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a caseload of probate matters from start to finish.
  • Assisting clients with estate administration, wills, and inheritance tax planning.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to provide comprehensive legal advice and solutions.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, offering guidance and support throughout the process.
  • Staying up-to-date with relevant legislation and industry changes to ensure accurate and effective service delivery.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Extensive experience working as a Probate Consultant or in a similar role.
  • Law Degree with CILEX/LPC/STEP.
  • In-depth knowledge of probate and estate administration processes, Trusts, and inheritance Tax.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding client service.
