Key Responsibilities- Operate, set, adjust, and maintain production machinery to produce high‑quality printed cans in line with ISO 9001 standards.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and uphold health and safety standards.
- Manage the supply of raw materials while inspecting them for defects or inconsistencies.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, actively supporting efforts to reduce downtime across production lines.
- Utilise line downtime effectively by assisting in problem areas, providing cross‑line support, and addressing issues to minimise line build‑ups.
- Level 3 City & Guilds/Apprenticeship, or equivalent, in Off‑Set Printing – desirable.
- Printing or decorating experience is a plus.
- Background in an engineering or manufacturing environment is beneficial.
- A steadfast commitment to health and safety practices.
- A positive, "can‑do" attitude and a mindset geared toward continuous improvement.
