Overview A great opportunity has become available for an experienced Print Operator to join our client in Dundee, working in a fast‑moving, high‑quality production environment. You'll be working with advanced print machinery and contributing to a busy, collaborative team. This role suits an experienced Print Operator, but we also welcome applications from experienced minders or newly qualified apprentices looking to progress. Responsibilities Produce high‑quality print work, maintain equipment, and support smooth production across a 2-3 person team. Set up and run B1/B2 Heidelberg presses (or equivalent machinery). Ensure print quality and colour accuracy in line with ISO standards. Maintain, clean and care for equipment and work areas. Check and monitor quality throughout production. Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. Communicate clearly with colleagues and contribute to team output. Take initiative while also collaborating effectively with the wider team. What We're Looking For Experience operating B1/B2 presses (Heidelberg preferred but not essential). Strong understanding of colour management and quality control. A quality‑focused approach to all tasks. Ability to work well under pressure. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn, upskill and expand printing knowledge.
