We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Onsite Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Glasgow. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where you'll be at the heart of our onsite operations, supporting both candidates and clients.
The RoleAs an Onsite Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of a 24-hour operation. You'll be responsible for workforce planning, candidate management, and delivering exceptional service to our client and workforce.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling workers across a 24/7 operation
- Managing and updating rotas in real time
- Recruiting, screening, and onboarding new candidates
- Acting as the main point of contact for onsite workers
- Building strong relationships with the client and maintaining service levels
