Job Purpose
As a Pressurisation Technician, you will play a crucial role in our pressurisation workshop. Your main responsibilities will include testing, fault‑finding, repairing, and reassembling mechanical and electro‑mechanical products.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out tests, troubleshoot issues, repair, and reassemble products according to original manufacturers\’ manuals and instructions.
- Maintain and observe quality standards and procedures to ensure excellence in every task.
- Establish and uphold a safe and legally compliant working environment, conducting risk assessments as necessary.
- Prepare workshop reports and material reviews to assist purchasing and commercial departments in creating accurate customer estimates.
- Be a versatile team player and perform any additional duties within your capabilities as directed by the organisation.
- Understand customer needs and ensure they are consistently met or exceeded.
Qualifications & Prerequisites
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- A sound understanding of DC/AC motors.
- The ability to read electrical circuits and pneumatic diagrams.
- First‑class mechanical skills.
- A background in an aviation environment is essential, with previous experience in a similar role preferred.
