Picker & Packer – Distribution Pay: Β£12.21 per hour Hours: Flexible – ideally Full-Time (37.5 hours) Monday – Friday Type: Temporary – FTC for 6 months, could be extended Location: Warrington Start Date: Immediate Overview: We are currently recruiting for an experienced Picker & Packer to join a growing seasonal business in Warrington. This is a hands-on role in a clean, professional environment, where precision and care with the labelling and admin is essential. Some lifting will be involved as this is a supplier of office equipment including laptops/printers etc. The successful candidate will have a strong background in order picking and packing within Logistics and Distribution. Key Responsibilities: Accurately pick and pack office equipment, accessories, and spare parts according to method sheets and kit lists. Perform final quality checks before dispatch to ensure compliance with packaging standards. Handle products with care, maintaining cleanliness and presentation throughout the packing process. Support end-of-line kitting and packing operations. Maintain a tidy and organised work area in line with company standards. Report any issues or defects in packaging or components to supervisors. Work collaboratively with the team to meet production and dispatch schedules.Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience in order picking and packing, ideally in a manufacturing, engineering, or medical environment. High attention to detail and a methodical approach to work. Comfortable working with method sheets, kit lists, and quality procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organisational skills and manual dexterity.
