Are you a creative, strategic marketer who loves delivering impactful campaigns? We're looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager to lead and deliver integrated campaigns that build brand awareness, drive engagement, and support commercial success.

About the role: You’ll take ownership of end-to-end campaign delivery - from insight-led planning through to execution and performance analysis. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure campaigns are aligned, effective, and deliver measurable results.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, PR, email and events)
  • Turn business goals into clear, compelling messaging and campaign strategies
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and creative delivery across multiple projects
  • Analyse performance, optimise campaigns, and report on ROI
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies
  • Champion brand consistency across all channels
