The Opportunity: In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing shift performance, ensuring safety, quality, and output targets are consistently met. You’ll lead from the front - supporting and developing your team, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the production line. Working collaboratively, you’ll tackle challenges head-on, reduce downtime, and deliver strong operational performance.

What You’ll Bring: You’ll be a confident leader with a strong operational mindset and a passion for safety, quality, and team development. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable taking ownership of performance and decision-making on shift. Hands-on experience within can making is also required, as this is a practical leadership role with direct involvement on the production line. A Level 3 Apprenticeship (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or Maintenance is essential. Previous experience leading or developing a team within a manufacturing environment will be highly beneficial.
