What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you'll be a key part of the warehouse team, helping to keep things moving efficiently and safely. Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Picking and packing orders for UK and international customers
- Preparing raw materials and packaging for production teams
- Using warehouse systems (SAP) to manage stock and complete orders
- Carrying out safety checks before starting your shift
- Identifying and reporting hazards, errors or issues quickly
- Supporting team targets and maintaining high quality standards
- Taking part in team briefings and contributing to continuous improvement
What We're Looking For

- Reliable and dependable with a strong sense of responsibility
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment
- Good communication skills and a team-focused mindset

- Able to follow instructions accurately and work independently when required
- Basic IT skills and a good level of education (Maths preferred)
- A Counterbalance Forklift Licence is a bonus, but not essential.
