This is an exciting chance to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic environment, this role will be starting on an immediate basis. Due to the nature of my clients business, you will be required to have a DBS completed., * Develop and maintain organised systems to manage information for the Director.

Oversee all correspondence, handling highly confidential matters with care.

Coordinate the Director’s schedule, arranging meetings and conferences seamlessly.

Conduct necessary research and manage sensitive external communications.

Facilitate the Directorate meeting process, including room bookings, agenda preparation, experience of minute-taking is essential.

Provide comprehensive administrative support for all meetings chaired by the Director.

Ensure the confidentiality and security of all information and correspondence.

Assist Directors with ad hoc projects as required.

Proven experience in a similar role.
