Checking patient referrals for suitability to be seen within our client\’s clinical units. Booking appointments and ensuring patients receive all necessary information and medications. Managing patient correspondence and contact records according to established processes. Assisting in the preparation of patient notes and health information for appointments. Accurately reporting appointment outcomes to facilitate follow-up clinical activities. Supporting audit activities, such as checking patient outcome data and maintaining medical supplies. Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of care within our client\’s organisation.What we are looking for: Previous experience in a reception or customer-facing role is highly desirable. Basic DBS Certificate required for this position that\’s valid and in date. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in using computer systems and software. A proactive and positive attitude, with a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
