About the Role:
As a Patient Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and support throughout their journey with us. You will be the first point of contact for patients, guiding them through appointments, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a smooth flow of communication between patients and our healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare staff to facilitate effective communication.
Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring optimal use of clinic resources.
Assist patients with inquiries, providing clear and accurate information.
Maintain patient records and ensure all data is current and compliant with regulations.
Process patient referrals and follow up on outstanding appointments.
Collaborate with medical staff to ensure that patient needs are met promptly.
Contribute to a positive patient experience by fostering a supportive and welcoming environment.
What We\'re Looking For:
Previous experience in a healthcare environment is preferred, but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Proficiency in using electronic health records and scheduling software.
