Our client is on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic Partner Education Manager to join their team on a temporary part-time basis for 4 months! What You will Do:
As our Partner Education Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning experience for partners.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Programme Development:
- Develop the initial outline and framework for partner education programmes.
- Define learning pathways, training milestones, and partner competency expectations.
- Collaborate with internal subject-matter experts to structure modules and identify content needs.
- Training Enablement:
- Coordinate the entire training journey for newly onboarded partners.
- Ensure partners understand timelines, expectations, and the necessary steps to achieve readiness.
- Support partners in preparing to deliver training independently.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
- Work closely with internal teams including Product Education, Customer Success, Professional Services, Partnerships, and SMEs.
- Manage communication and planning with external training vendors or instructional design partners.
- Maintain clear alignment between internal teams and partner needs throughout the process.
- Operational Planning & Programme Support:
- Build structured enablement plans, project timelines, and partner readiness roadmaps.
- Create clear documentation outlining partner training expectations, requirements, and resources.
- Provide insights to shape the long-term enablement framework as the partner ecosystem expands.
What We Are Looking For:
- A proactive and organised individual with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in training coordination, partner enablement, or related fields.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
