Join Our Team as a Retail Assistant! Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Do you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Our client, located just a 2-minute walk from Westminster train station, is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic. Hours: mainly 11am-3pm however to allow for flexibility there may be requirement for any of the following: 10-2pm 11-3pm 2-6pm About the Role: As a Retail Assistant, you will be at the forefront of providing outstanding service to a diverse range of customers, including key stakeholders and Members of Parliament. Your role will be instrumental in facilitating the daily commercial operations of the department while ensuring that every visitor feels valued and well-served. Key Responsibilities: Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide the highest standards of customer service by serving customers politely, efficiently, and quickly. Maximise Sales: Actively contribute towards daily sales targets through effective selling skills and excellent product knowledge. Stay Informed: Become familiar with the department's services to expertly handle customer queries. Promote Online Shop: Actively promote the online shop in accordance with customer service standards. Manage Transactions: Accurately handle till operations and follow end-of-day cashing up procedures. Collaborate with Team: Work closely with Retail Managers and the back-office team to replenish stock and merchandise displays effectively.What We are Looking For: A friendly and approachable demeanour with a passion for customer service. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse clientele. A proactive attitude towards achieving sales targets and maximising revenue.
