Job Title: Part-Time Retail Assistant Location: Covent Garden, London Remuneration: £12.50 - £13 per hour Duration: Temporary (2-3 months) Hours/Days: Part Time hours with shifts across Monday - Sunday (up to 25 hours a week) Join our vibrant team and be part of a company that brings timeless design to life! Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers with a friendly smile to enhance their shopping experience. Maintain a clean and organised sales floor, ensuring all merchandise is displayed attractively. Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register. Provide product knowledge to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions. Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organising backroom areas. Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and ensure a positive atmosphere. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and care. Skills: Some experience in retail is preferred, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key! Experience within luxury retail would be desirable. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
