Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented School Finance Administrator to support the financial operations of our school. This is a part-time role, ideal for someone with experience in school finance systems such as SIMS and FMS, who can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the wider administrative function of the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and maintain financial transactions including invoices, purchase orders, and payments.
- Reconcile bank accounts and assist with budget monitoring.
- Use SIMS and FMS systems for financial data entry and reporting.
- Manage supplier queries and ensure timely payments.
- Maintain accurate financial records in line with school policies and audit requirements.
- Support income collection processes (e.g. trips, dinners, and other school activity - Parent Pay experience is advantageous).
