Key Responsibilities: Generate and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Prepare and send customer statements, ensuring clarity and accuracy. Manage credit notes and adjustments as needed. Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end processes. Communicate with customers to resolve any discrepancies or queries. Maintain up-to-date records of financial transactions. Assist with filing, data entry, and administrative tasks as required. Skills & Qualifications: High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks).
