Job Advert: Painter & Handyman

Location: City Centre

Company: Family Run Business

Project Duration: 4 Weeks (with potential for ongoing work)

Are you a skilled Painter & Handyman looking for your next opportunity? We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our family-run business as we embark on an exciting refurbishment project. This initial role will focus on decorating the offices upstairs, with the potential for multiple projects in the pipeline.

Key Details:

Working Hours:

- Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (30 min unpaid break, 15 min paid break)

- Friday: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM (15 min paid break)

Responsibilities:

Carry out painting and decorating tasks to a high standard.

Assist with handyman duties, including basic joinery tasks such as hanging shelves.

Ensure a clean and safe working environment.

Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines.

Contribute ideas and solutions for ongoing projects.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator.

Basic handyman skills, including joinery and maintenance.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Good time management skills and reliability.
