Our client based in Coventry are recruiting for a paint mixer to join their small, friendly team. Full training will be given on‑site. Previous experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Mixing various paint ingredients according to specified formulas and colour standards.
  • Operating mixing equipment and machinery with precision and care.
  • Conducting quality checks to ensure consistency and accuracy in colour and texture.
  • Maintaining a clean and organised workspace, following safety protocols at all times.
