Easily accessible location. Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Packing Operatives to join our team on a long-term temporary basis. As a Packing Operative, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring our unique products are packed accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Packing elements into boxes and tubing Printing labels and reading work documents Choosing the correct packing materials according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Managing the order book and determining the correct order to pack itemsKey Skills Required: Problem-solving abilities IT skills (with increasing importance as the role develops) Decision-making capabilities Ability to work to tight deadlines Good communication skillsAbout You: You are a committed and hardworking individual looking to grow with us. You have the ability to understand and follow detailed instructions. You are capable of working independently and as part of a team.Training: Due to the unique nature of our products, comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are fully equipped to excel in your role. Week 1 would be 8am to 16.30pm Mon & Tue, 8am to 16.00 Wed & Thurs, 8am to 14.00pm Fri Week 2 would be 6am to 14.30pm Mon & Tue, 6am to 14.00 Wed & Thurs, 6am to 12.00pm Fri After a training period we would be looking to put them on a double day shift, so one week day shift and then one week backshift.
