Position Overview: Our client is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Package Repair Coordinator to manage and oversee the repair processes of various packages. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that all repair activities are executed efficiently and that customer satisfaction is maintained throughout the process. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and exceptional communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the package repair process from receipt to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate repairs and ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Maintain accurate records of all repairs, including tracking progress and documenting any issues or delays.

Qualifications:
