PA Required:

Are you a skilled and organised PA looking for a new opportunity? Are you experienced in minute taking and have strong diary management skills? We have an exciting full-time position available for a PA in Barrow-in-Furness on a temporary basis for 3 months.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the diaries of the Assistant Directors in Thriving Communities. Your excellent diary management skills will be put to good use as you ensure smooth and efficient scheduling for the team.

As a PA, you will also be required to take minutes during meetings and provide general administrative support to the team. Your ability to effectively capture and document important discussions will be vital in this role.

Hours :

This is a hybrid role where you will be based in the Barrow-in-Furness office for three days a week and have the flexibility to work from home for two days. The working hours are Monday to Thursday, 9 am to 5 pm, and Friday, 9 am to 4:30 pm.

Information :

Occasionally, there may be a need for you to travel to another office to take minutes. However, this is expected to be infrequent, occurring about once a month. Our client has a generous expense policy to cover travel expenses.
