Job Description
My Financial Services client is seeking to recruit an Oracle Data Warehouse / Oracle Developer on an initial 6 month contract based in London. It is hybrid and will require 3x days onsite per week.
You will be responsible for the design, optimize, and maintain Oracle-based data warehouse solutions to ensure high performance, scalability, and alignment with business intelligence and analytics needs.
You will have proven experience reviewing and optimizing Oracle data warehouse environments, conducting performance tuning, indexing strategies and partitioning.
Skills:
- Deep understanding of Oracle data warehouse architecture and performance optimization.
- Strong knowledge of relational and OLAP modelling principles.
- Advanced SQL and PL/SQL skills (Oracle 11g/12c or later).
- Familiarity with data profiling, data quality assessment, and metadata management.
- Experience identifying and implementing improvements in data warehouse performance, structure, and scalability.
