Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Operations department and Contract Managers through a variety of administrative tasks. As an Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Operations department and Contract Managers through a variety of administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include: Providing general administrative support, including managing phone communications and overseeing the contracts managers' mailbox. Acting as the main point of contact for clients concerning induction and delivery processes, arranging necessary documentation. Coordinating material movements Managing daily reports and promptly addressing issues Administering the creation of Job Packs for Supervisors Developing and managing a tracker for site issues and reporting Maintaining project documentation such as contracts and specifications. Fostering effective communication between internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Facilitating regional meetings, including scheduling, addressing action items, and creating agendas. Assisting with the preparation and sharing of reports and documents. Managing small tool hires and liaising with supply chain partners.The ideal candidate will possess: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
