We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Onsite Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Glasgow. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where you will be at the heart of our onsite operations, supporting both candidates and clients.

The Role

As an Onsite Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of a 24-hour operation. You will be responsible for workforce planning, candidate management, and delivering exceptional service to our client and workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling workers across a 24/7 operation
  • Managing and updating rotas in real time
  • Recruiting, screening, and onboarding new candidates
  • Acting as the main point of contact for onsite workers
  • Building strong relationships with the client and maintaining service levels
  • Resolving queries, managing attendance, and ensuring shift coverage
  • Supporting operational delivery and adapting to changing workforce demands
