What You’ll Do:
- Supporting with attracting, assessing and registering quality candidates in line with client requirements.
- Maintaining compliant candidate registration packs.
- Managing client information to ensure accurate invoicing.
- Supporting the account in order to achieve our agreed SLAs.
- Providing line management support for Associates on assignment, addressing performance, attendance and grievance issues in line with our disciplinary policy.
- Performing spot‑check audits to uphold standards.
