Onboarding Coordinator
Our client, a leading organisation in the Financial Services sector, is seeking an enthusiastic Onboarding Coordinator to join their dynamic team on a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is keen to contribute to the onboarding process for new and existing clients.
Contract Details:
- Contract Type: Temporary
- Contract Length: 10 months
- Daily Rate: £150.00 - £160 via Umbrella
- Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per weekKey Responsibilities:
As an Onboarding Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting onboarding requirements for new and existing clients.
- Ensuring that all relevant regulatory requirements are met.
- Managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Working diligently to meet deadlines and service level agreements (SLA).
- Prioritising and managing daily tasks to ensure quality and efficiency.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A proven ability to meet client demands while adhering to Quality Assurance goals.
- Strong customer communication experience, both internal and external.
- A knowledge or keen interest in corporate finance and banking.
- Experience in accurately following evolving procedures and processes.
- Proficient relationship management skills.
Skills:
- Flexibility, team spirit, and loyalty to the organisation's goals.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong PC skills, particularly in Excel and Word.
- Fluent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
