Adecco is looking for an IT Support Technician in Coventry, responsible for providing on-site technology support and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong technical understanding of Microsoft applications, including Windows 11 and Office 365, along with exceptional customer service skills.
You will manage the Smart Bar hardware, interact with both customers and colleagues, and resolve technical issues efficiently. Experience in project work and troubleshooting is essential.
