Are you a detail-oriented individual looking for an exciting opportunity in the steel industry? Our client is currently seeking an Administrator to join their dynamic team on a temp-to-perm basis. If you are enthusiastic, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you!
Day-to-Day Duties:
- Scan quotes, orders, delivery notes, warehouse paperwork, etc.
- Process quotations
- Process sales orders
- Trade counter notes
- Release delivery notes
- Address labels
- DX & FEDEX labels
- Warehouse labels
- Chase DX & FEDEX deliveries and queries
- Credit card payments
- Customer material certificates
- Monitor certification emails for requests
- Update Excel daily cert spreadsheet
- Answer and transfer calls
What You’ll Bring:
- Previous Administration experience.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
