Job Title: Office Support Location: Chancery Lane, London Pay: £13-13.50phr Duration: 3 months min Days: Mondays only. Hours: 8:00am – 12:00pm Overview: Our client, a well-established company within the office services industry, operates across six buildings located within walking distance of each other in Chancery Lane. They are currently seeking a reliable and proactive Office Assistant to support all six sites. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys practical tasks and takes pride in maintaining high standards. A key part of the role includes managing pantry and kitchen deliveries every Monday morning, ensuring all offices are fully stocked and well-presented. Key Responsibilities: Receive and unpack office deliveries upon arrival Distribute packages and supplies to designated areas or individuals Assist with logging deliveries and notifying recipients Maintain a tidy and organized delivery/storage area Liaise with delivery drivers and internal staff as requiredRequirements: Punctual and dependable, with availability every Monday morning Physically able to lift and carry items as part of the role Good communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not essential Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
