Are you an organised, proactive person who enjoys variety in your day? We're recruiting on behalf of a busy and friendly Southend-based business looking for an Office Administrator to join their team on a maternity cover contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the heart of the business and isn't afraid to get involved in a bit of everything!
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing reception and welcoming visitors
- Handling incoming phone calls and emails
- Providing excellent customer service
- Assisting with finance and general administration tasks
- Supporting office management activities
- Keeping records and systems up to date
- Helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office
What we’re looking for:
- Previous administration, finance and office support experience
- Confident communication skills, both over the phone and via email
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage a varied workload
- A positive, adaptable, and team-focused approach
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
