New Office Assistant Role! Our Client is a premier provider of equipment and training. They are looking for a dynamic, motivated Office Assistant to join them on a full-time. This role is essential in organizing and processing customer orders while being the first point of contact for our business. If you thrive in a team environment and love variety in your day-to-day, we'd love to meet you! Key Responsibilities Reception Duties: Be the friendly face,, managing all incoming communications. Customer Interaction: Answer general inquiries and respond to customer questions via phone and email. Order Processing: Handle bookings and orders from initial quote to final certification.
