Your Role: As an Office Administrator, you will support our directors and various departments by managing tasks that keep our organisation running smoothly. You will be involved in a variety of activities, ensuring we deliver top-notch service in everything we do!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage diaries, organise meetings, and handle correspondence.
- Book trips and assist with miscellaneous tasks as needed.
- HR Support: Create documents and maintain employee files. Assist with audits, appraisals, and reporting.
- Finance Support: (training provided) Reconcile expenses, manage pension payments, and organise financial documents.
- Sales Support: Answer calls, greet visitors, organise events, and ensure our office is a welcoming environment.
