Key Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming telephone calls and directing them to the right team members with a smile.
  • Making outbound calls to efficiently schedule engineer visits using our planning system.
  • Conducting follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction after completed visits.
  • Chasing outstanding purchase orders, both via telephone and email, to keep our operations flowing.
  • Monitoring our service email inbox, ensuring prompt responses to customer inquiries.
  • Assisting with the preparation of customer quotes, playing a key role in our sales process.
  • Pulling and checking monthly job reports to maintain accuracy.
  • Sending monthly job lists to staff, highlighting items that need attention.
  • Providing general office and administrative support as needed, contributing to a cohesive team environment.
