Our client, Lincolnshire Police, are seeking an Occupational Health Administrator to join their team at their headquarters in Nettleham. This is a temporary role until end of August.
As an Occupational Health Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Office Manager, administrators, and the wider Health & Care team in delivering exceptional service. Your attention to detail and excellent customer service skills will be essential in maintaining a highly confidential environment.
Responsibilities:- Maintain occupational health files, both electronically and in paper format, in line with department guidance.
- Undertake retention and disposal checks as required.
- Request further medical evidence, ensuring written consent is in place.
- Provide reception services for medicals, supporting the clinicians.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external queries.
- Support resource planning by overseeing existing and future demands on the team.
- Attend meetings and take minutes for publication.
- Deputise for the Office Manager to ensure service continuation.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office packages.
- Knowledge of data protection laws and the importance of confidentiality.
