Our client is looking for dedicated Customer Service Advisors to join their team temporarily and deliver exceptional support to customers.

Position: Contact Centre Advisor

Contract Type: Temporary ongoing

Working Pattern: Full Time - 7am to 7pm shifts

Location: Working from Home

What You'll Do:

  • Provide first-rate service through inbound calls from customers regarding their accounts.
  • Assist customers via Digital Mail Service and Web Chat.
  • Update systems while handling sensitive customer data.
  • Guide customers to the right resources and escalate inquiries as needed.
  • Resolve customer queries at the first point of contact, utilising your excellent communication skills.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong telephony skills and contact centre experience.
  • Confident IT skills, particularly with MS Office packages.
  • Candidates must pass a DBS check and provide proof of Right to Work in the UK.
