Our client is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Inbound Banking Customer Service Advisors to join their dynamic team on a fixed-term contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to engage with a diverse range of customers while providing exceptional support and service!
What's in Store:
- Comprehensive Training: Start with a robust 8-week training programme (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm) designed to equip you with the skills to succeed. Experience a mix of face-to-face, virtual, and self-led learning, including operational insights, process training, and telephony skills.
- Flexible Shift Patterns: After training, Advisors will work in a 3-week rotation covering early (8 am - 4 pm), mid (9 am - 5 pm/10 am - 6 pm), and late shifts (11 am - 7 pm/12 pm - 8 pm). Enjoy 6 weeks' notice for your shift pattern while maintaining a balanced work-life schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of inbound calls from customers, addressing complex queries and supporting vulnerable individuals with empathy and resilience.
- Provide assistance with balance checks, new card requests, and resolving unrecognised transactions.
- Utilise up to 11 IT systems while engaging with customers on the phone, ensuring multitasking efficiency and accuracy.
- Adapt communication styles to suit the needs of each individual customer, providing tailored solutions and leaving them satisfied.
