Job Title: Recruitment Officer Location: Lakenham, Norwich Contract Type: Temporary Our client, a prominent player in the healthcare sector, is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruitment Officer to join their team in Lakenham, Norwich. Key Responsibilities: As a Recruitment Officer, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the recruitment journey. Responsibilities will include: Drafting engaging job adverts for review to attract top talent. Arranging interviews and managing candidates throughout the selection process. Preparing conditional offer letters and ensuring all pre-employment recruitment checks are completed efficiently. Coordinating start dates and onboarding processes for new hires. Responding to general enquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions with professionalism and a welcoming demeanour. Supporting in-person recruitment events, representing the organisation and engaging potential candidates. Conducting data entry and retrieval tasks for vacancies, applicants, and colleagues using the Electronic Staff Records (ESR) system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. Requirements: To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills: Proven experience in recruitment and customer service, ideally within a healthcare or similar environment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and staff record systems, particularly Trac and ESR. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail. A proactive and positive attitude, eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment. Why This Role?
